Adyntel sells to AI agents - live prices and self-serve payment

The agent storefront at https://agents.adyntel.com/llms.txt?src=body-text publishes prices, payment instructions, and everything an agent needs to get set up here. Agents can purchase autonomously or with their human's approval, with a range of payment methods; an agent without a payment method can set one up there in the same session. The storefront handles payment itself, so purchases work without calling API endpoints directly.

Privacy policy

ADYNTEL PLATFORM SRL, a company registered in Romania ("Adyntel," "we," "our," or "us"), is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your information when you use our website, our platform and API, and our integrations with third-party products such as ChatGPT.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following personal information from users:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • IP address
  • Password

We do not collect or store payment details directly. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

2. How we collect information

We collect personal information through our sign-up form when users create an account, and through our sign-in page when users connect Adyntel to a third-party product such as ChatGPT.

We also use cookies and tracking technologies, including:

  • Google Analytics: To analyze website traffic and user behavior.
  • PostHog: To track user interactions on our platform.
  • RB2B: A script that identifies website visitors (only for U.S.-based traffic).

3. Purpose of data collection

We collect personal information for the following purposes:

  • To facilitate account creation and management.
  • To improve our services and understand user behavior through analytics tools.

3a. Adyntel for ChatGPT

When you connect Adyntel to ChatGPT, you sign in with your Adyntel account and ChatGPT can then run ad lookups on your behalf. In that integration:

  • What we collect: the email address of the Adyntel account you sign in with, and the company domains and country codes that ChatGPT sends us for each lookup. We do not receive your ChatGPT conversation.
  • What we store: the sign-in tokens that let ChatGPT call Adyntel for you, and your Adyntel API key, on our own servers. Sign-in tokens expire after 1 hour and are renewed while you keep using the integration. The stored API key and renewal tokens are deleted 90 days after your last use, or earlier if you disconnect Adyntel in ChatGPT and the disconnection reaches us.
  • What we share: the results of your lookups (publicly available ad data and your remaining credit balance) are returned to OpenAI so that ChatGPT can show them to you. OpenAI's handling of that data is governed by OpenAI's own privacy policy.
  • What we log: our servers log the company domain and the outcome of each lookup for troubleshooting. These logs do not contain your email address or API key.
  • Your controls: you can disconnect Adyntel in ChatGPT's settings at any time, and you can ask us at hello@adyntel.com to delete the stored tokens and key immediately.

4. Data storage and security

User data is stored securely in our database hosted on Render. Access to the database is protected by usernames and passwords at multiple levels.

We retain user data for as long as the account remains active and for up to 1 year after the account becomes inactive, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Sharing and disclosure of data

We do not sell user data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run Adyntel, and in the following circumstances:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and process our data on our behalf.
  • Stripe, for payment processing.
  • Analytics providers listed in section 2.
  • OpenAI, when you use Adyntel inside ChatGPT, as described in section 3a.
  • To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.

6. User Rights

Users have the following rights regarding their personal data:

  • Access: Request access to the data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request the deletion of your personal data.
  • Opt-out: Opt-out of certain data collection practices.

7. Children's privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. International data transfers

We are established in Romania, in the European Union. Our hosting, payment and analytics providers may process data in the European Union and in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Updates to this privacy policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will notify users via email.
